If we uncover an issue that could affect the quality or longevity of your new roof—such as rotted or damaged roof decking or other concealed damage—we’ll explain the problem and provide pricing for the additional work before proceeding.

The cost of a roof replacement depends on several factors, including the size and pitch of your roof, roofing materials selected, number of layers being removed, condition of the underlying decking, and complexity of the installation. We provide a clear project price so you know what to expect before work begins.
Do you require a deposit for a roof replacement?
No. We do not take deposits on roofing projects. We believe homeowners should have confidence in their contractor before making payment. We cover the project expenses and collect payment when the roofing work is completed.
What happens if you discover damaged or rotted wood under my roof?
If we uncover damaged roof decking, wood rot, or another condition that could affect the quality of the installation, we will explain the issue and provide pricing for the additional work. We will not proceed with unexpected additional work without discussing it with you first.
What warranty do you provide on a new roof?
Our roof replacement projects include a 5-year workmanship warranty, in addition to the applicable manufacturer's warranty on the roofing materials. We primarily install roofing systems from CertainTeed and Owens Corning and follow the manufacturer's installation requirements.
