This week, we completed the lot clearance and will soon have a surveyor on-site to "pin the footings." This step ensures that the foundation and roof overhangs adhere to the town’s setback regulations. This will be a stunning home nestled in a serene neighborhood.

Our team is diligently removing stumps and debris from the job site to set the stage for the next phase of construction. We’re repurposing the large stones throughout the property to enhance the natural landscape. Granite Ledge Discovered
We are progressing with the site work for this custom home in Waterford, Maine. Today, we came across a granite ledge while digging the foundation. To tackle this challenge, we will equip the excavator with a hammer to break the rock before removing it.
Additionally, there is a granite ledge along one side of the lot, which we plan to reinforce with a wall.
