We're working on a custom home overlooking the White Mountains offering spectacular views.
Custom Home with Views
This custom 5,000 sq home comes with spectacular views and contemporary design. Lower-level daylight basement exit and upper-level deck to enjoy the expansive view.
This home is entirely powered by multiple solar panels and an extensive system for storing and distributing power throughout the home.
Lower Level of Custom Home
The lower level includes a large living area, bedrooms, a bathroom, and a mechanical room for the solar wiring. Custom metal stairs will be installed to access the main living area.
Home Interior Tour - Sheetrock
The sheet is nearing completion on the main floor. This tour includes the master bedroom, his/her luxury bathroom, living room with fireplace, kitchen, and dining area. The home features vaulted ceilings and spectacular views of the White Mountains.
Flooring Installation - Main Level
Today, we're installing the flooring for the main living area. This is engineered "tiger" wood that will look really nice when the home is complete.
We'll also check out the deck. We've installed roofing material under the deck floor to prevent water from dripping onto the lower-level outdoor space.
Home Exterior Tour - Siding
The sheetrock is nearing completion on the main floor. This tour includes the master bedroom, his/her luxury bathroom, living room with fireplace, kitchen, and dining area. The home features vaulted ceilings and spectacular views of the White Mountains.
Exterior Siding and Deck
Today, we're installing the exterior siding using two different materials to create a unique design. The crew is making great progress, and the home is coming along very nicely.
We've also worked on the main deck and added the black trim package. The deck is designed so rain and snow do not roll off the deck and onto the lower level.
Home Interior Tour - Upstairs
This home's details are coming together, and the home looks stunning. The open living space boasts a 20 ft high ceiling with a wood finish and direct access to the oversized deck and mountain views. The kitchen cabinets have been installed, with the countertops to be installed soon. The luxury his & her bathroom is next level and leads to the his & her closet with numerous built-ins for storage. A high-tech home office is located off the kitchen.
